  • Carbon steel toe and heel crampons feature front and rear braking teeth for a secure grip uphill, downhill and side hill in packed snow conditions.

1two left feet
By big kid
I bought these shoes after renting or borrowing several different models of Tubbs brand snow shoes. This pair was a HUGE disappointment. I had a left and right binding, but both were mounted to left foot frames. The bindings didn't stay tight so my shoes came off twice in fifteen minutes and I wasn't even in deep snow! I will be sending these back and buying a different brand.

1Useless Binding System!
By ebuyer
I wanted a better binding system and thought these would fit the bill. Boy was I wrong! These bindings are completely useless and an exercise in frustration! Do not buy this model unless you enjoy walking out of your snowshoes every other step! There is no clasp or means to keep the toe binding tight. There is a stupid little o-ring that is totally useless. The heel strap is too stiff to be of any use, the holes are too big for the "tooth" that's supposed to hold the strap, and it falls off constantly. Huge disappointment and promptly returned!

4Good for the money, regardless of what other reviews say.
By brian2012
These snowshoes were a good deal, I got two pairs for my sisters and they love it. Yes I agress if you haven't used snowshoes much in the past they can seem like they are "horrible". But that isnt the case. If you dont properly tigheten them your foot will slip out, theres a reason the band in the back can be streched, that is because you need to PULL THEM TIGHT, not just tighten them until it touches your shoe. These are a very good snow shoe and are built very good, especially for how little they cost in comparison to others. Overall a good buy, I would recommend to a friend any day.
